We’re looking for a US Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2+ years of end-to-end US IT recruitment experience . If you're passionate about connecting top tech talent with top opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment — this role is for you.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (sourcing → screening → submission → scheduling)
• Source candidates via Job Boards, LinkedIn, Networking, and Referrals
• Work directly with Account Managers to understand client needs
• Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and availability
• Negotiate rates (C2C / W2 / 1099) and manage the offer process
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
