Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the IT industry who could benefit from our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Develop and present persuasive proposals and presentations to prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close deals effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in BTech or MBA from a reputed college.Minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT services industry.Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, with experience in a similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.Ability to write compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.What we offer :
