Qualifications and Skills

- proficiency in follow-up techniques ensuring timely and consistent engagement with leads and customers
- experience in telemarketing with a focus on promoting products and services to interested prospects
- outbound calling skills to initiate contact with potential customers (Mandatory skill)
- lead generation ability to identify and develop new customer leads (Mandatory skill)
- cold calling proficiency to approach potential clients who have not expressed interest in products / services (Mandatory skill)
- strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
