Job description5+ years of hands-on experience with : React.js Node.js PostgreSQL Next.js NestJS Tailwind CSS Strong database design fundamentals (normalization, indexing, performance) Experience deploying applications to cloud environments Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines Production experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (Cloud Run, Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud SQL, GCS, IAM, etc.) Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture Experience using AI-assisted development tools , such as : Replit Claude Code Cursor Excellent client communication skills Quick to understand project requirements and business context Extremely proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do Strong sense of ownership and accountability Consistently delivers projects on time, every time A natural team lead who sets standards and raises the bar Quality-driven, detail-oriented, and dependable

This role is ideal for someone who takes accountability seriously , communicates clearly, and consistently delivers high-quality production systems on time .

- Own projects end-to-end — from requirement understanding to final delivery
- Communicate directly with clients to clarify requirements, suggest improvements, and provide regular updates
- Build scalable, maintainable, high-performance web applications
- Lead and mentor developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Take full accountability for project outcomes and client satisfaction
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure clean architecture, solid database design, and best practices
