V-Mart Retail - Internal Communication Specialist

Support the internal communications strategy in conjunction with the Head Corporate Communications and various stakeholders.

• Ensure organizational initiatives are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
• Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as quarterly employee newsletter or regular email bulletin communications.
• Draft communications for any new launches on behalf of the department and also responsible for the layout of content.
• Respond to feedback from stakeholders and adjust content of communications accordingly.
• Responsible for suitable application of awards and collaborating with the concerned stakeholders for the applications.
• Responsible for informing the developments / awards won of the organization, through regular communication.
• Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization.
• Liaise with various Departments for their communication needs and help them design and execute their communication goals for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with spokespersons and assigned SPOCs for validating content going out on internal employee newsletter.
• Design and implement internal HR branding and EVP communication plans across channels (email, digital, physical, meetings) to reinforce company values and promote desired culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and employees to craft compelling messages ( video based) covering rewards, career growth, learning, D&I, and wellbeing to be posted on linkedin.
• Lead storytelling campaigns, develop branding assets, and coordinate engaging formats (video, mailers, posters, events) for employee lifecycle moments and HR programs.
• Track and report engagement metrics, campaign reach, and employee sentiment to continuously improve internal communications.
• Align all messaging with organizational tone, compliance requirements, and EVP promise.

Experience : 3-4 Years.
