We are seeking a proactive Business Development Officer for the XYLEM LEARNING business vertical in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and sustaining strong relationships with stakeholders and customers by conducting college and school visits, organizing seminars, and securing partnerships to drive results-based programs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Conduct college and school visits to promote company products and services.
- Organize and lead school / college seminars and event activities.
- Secure school and college partnerships for results-based programs.
- Analyze customer feedback data to determine satisfaction with company products and services.
- Train and guide business development staff.
Skills Required
A degree in any discipline.Proven experience in business development and relationship management.The ability to conduct presentations and seminars.Strong analytical skills to interpret customer feedback.Experience in training and guiding staff is a plus.Skills Required
