Job descriptionLead 360 brand campaignsfrom concept to executionacross digital, social, influencer, and offline platforms. Collaborate with creative, media, and production agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns on time. Own the entire campaign lifecycle : briefing, creative ideation, production, media planning, rollout, and post-campaign evaluation. Deliver campaigns that build awareness, shape perception, and drive measurable business impact. Develop compelling storytelling and brand communication strategies for social, digital, and ATL channels. Oversee creative development of video, digital assets, and on-ground content. Manage influencer, celebrity, and partnership collaborations to amplify brand engagement. Plan and optimize marketing spends across digital and traditional channels. Work closely with media agencies to ensure high ROI on brand investments. Track and analyze key brand performance metrics (awareness, reach, engagement, conversion) and derive actionable insights. Partner with Product, Digital Marketing, and Sales teams to align brand communication with business objectives. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across customer journeys, digital assets, and partner communications. Proven expertise in brand campaign managementcreative development, production, and media execution. Strong creative thinking with ability to translate insights into powerful brand stories. Exceptional project management and stakeholder collaboration skills. Hands-on experience managing creative and media agencies end-to-end. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capability. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and campaign analytics tools. Exposure to digital marketing, media planning, and performance tracking metrics (CPM, CTR, Reach, ROI). Familiarity with brand tracking, consumer insights, and research tools. Strong communicator with executive presence and storytelling ability. Creative problem solver who thrives under pressure. Highly execution-focused, detail-oriented, and self-driven. Collaborative leader who can influence without authority. Passionate about building high-impact, consumer-facing brands. Education : MBA in Marketing from Tier-1 IIMs only (mandatory). Experience : Exactly 7 years in brand management or integrated marketing roles. Industry Preference : FMCG, Fintech, BFSI, Consumer Tech, or Lifestyle brands. Location : Pune (onsite). Availability : Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred.
