Instaura Consulting is building the world’s first SignalOS (YAS) — a deep intelligence and decision-support operating system for founders, investors, and enterprises.

We operate across India, Southeast Asia, Japan, GCC, UK, and North America, working on high-stakes consulting and AI-driven strategy products.

We are now hiring a high-discipline Operations Executive to support the buildout of SignalOS and ensure operational excellence across the ecosystem.

Role Overview :

The Operations Executive will work closely with the Chief of Staff, Managing Partner, and development teams to support research, data structuring, coordination, and project execution.

This is a long-term strategic role for someone who is organized, fast-learning, and able to maintain clarity under pressure.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct structured research across multiple industries, founders, investors, and market themes.

Organize and maintain datasets for SignalOS / YAS algorithms, models, and dashboards.

Coordinate with internal teams (IB interns, BD teams, Sr. Partners, analysts).

Track progress on ongoing projects, deliverables, and timelines.

Manage files, documentation, sheets, and cloud storage with high accuracy.

Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and structured documentation.

Maintain daily and weekly updates for the Chief of Staff.

Support ad hoc tasks related to SignalOS development and data workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

0–2 years experience in operations, admin, research, or data roles.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), MS Office, AI Tools, etc.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Fast learner with a structured, process-first mindset.

Comfortable working remotely with discipline and daily accountability.

Honest, reliable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
