L1 counsellor - study abroad

Job Type : Full-Time (6 Days a Week)

About the Role :

We are looking for passionate and results-driven Study Abroad Counsellors (L1 – Pre-Sales) to guide students in fulfilling their international education aspirations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a genuine interest in helping students make informed academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with students to understand their academic and career goals, and guide them on suitable Study Abroad options.

Assist students throughout the application journey—university shortlisting, documentation, application submission, and visa guidance.

Provide detailed information on universities, programs, scholarships, and financial planning.

Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure smooth progression through the counselling and application process.

Collaborate with internal teams to maximize lead conversion and drive enrolments.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions on CRM platforms.
