Role Overview
We’re looking for a
hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist
who can turn our technical content and client stories into traffic, leads, and community visibility.
This is an execution-heavy role — part content distribution, part growth marketing — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments.
Key Responsibilities
Repurpose blogs, videos, and case studies into posts and threads for LinkedIn, Reddit, and X.
Build and manage a weekly content-distribution calendar.
Collaborate with the content, SEO, and video teams to amplify every asset across multiple channels.
Identify relevant developer communities, newsletters, and platforms for content syndication.
Track and report weekly metrics (traffic, engagement, leads).
Support campaign initiatives such as case-study series, lead magnets, or newsletter launches.
Continuously test new content formats and growth ideas.
