We are looking for an experienced HR professional specializing in Talent Acquisition, with a strong background in sales hiring for the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand manpower requirements for real estate sales roles (e.g., Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, Channel Sales).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels : job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, headhunting, and agency coordination.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job descriptions and target candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial screening / interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and metrics.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and strong employer branding throughout the hiring process.
Desired Candidate Profile :
MBA / PGDM in HR or related field2-5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sales hiring in the real estate domainStrong understanding of sales KPIs and target-driven rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environmentHands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel reporting
