Key Responsibilities :
Channel Management & Relationship Building :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities within the channel ecosystem to expand market presence.
- Act as the key liaison between Honeywell and channel partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Sales Strategy Execution :
Develop and implement channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel strategies with broader company goals.Ensure that channel partners are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed.Revenue Growth & Business Development :
Foster channel partner growth by identifying new opportunities and ways to increase sales volume.Support and guide channel sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed their sales quotas.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maximize sales potential.Training & Mentorship :
Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the channel sales team to drive performance.Help develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills of channel representatives and improve overall team effectiveness.Reporting & Analysis :
Track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and report on sales progress to senior leadership.Utilize CRM systems to track partner activity and sales outcomes.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment :
Work closely with marketing, product management, and other teams to ensure alignment in channel initiatives.Collaborate with other sales teams to identify opportunities for joint ventures or partnerships that expand Honeywell's market share.Qualifications :
Educational Background :
Graduate in any stream (MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred).Experience :
Proven experience in channel sales or a related field, with a track record of driving revenue growth.Experience in managing channel partnerships and navigating complex sales environments.Key Skills :
