Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Mumbai. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, and managing the overall recruiting process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, conducting background checks, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The HR Recruiter will work closely with various departments to fulfill recruitment needs and support the overall HR functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment processes, sourcing, and screening candidates
• Strong interviewing and evaluation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage databases and conduct background checks
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and other HR tools
• Organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in an HR role is a plus
