Lead reliability and maintenance planning across the processing plant to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Drive continuous improvement, asset reliability, and effective execution of sustaining Capex.

- Lead reliability & maintenance planning across all plant areas
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety policies
- Develop and execute reliability and Capex improvement plans
- Monitor plant KPIs and implement corrective actions
