Job Title : Pega RPA Developer

Experience : 6+ years

Work Mode : Hybrid

Location : Bangalore, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune

Notice period : 15 days (immediate joiners)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, test, debug, and implement automation solutions using Pega RPA platform.
  • Create and maintain workflows, scripts, and business rules in Pega Robotics Studio.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Process Owners to understand and automate business processes.
  • Integrate Pega RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.
  • Monitor and optimize bot performance for efficiency and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments.
  • Prepare and maintain Knowledge Base (KB) articles for known / unknown issues.
  • Provide L2 / L3 production support, including incident handling, change requests, and root cause analysis.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations and provide weekend assistance when required.

Must-Have Skills :

  • 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in developing and supporting automation using Pega RPA (Robotics Studio).
  • Strong proficiency in workflow creation, scripting, and business logic implementation.
  • Solid programming knowledge in C#, .NET, or Java.
  • Proven expertise in production support : incident management, change management, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills in live environments.
  • Experience in integrating Pega RPA solutions with enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call / weekend support.

    • Good-to-Have Skills :

  • Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (CRSA) or higher certification.
  • Experience with migration projects (from lower to higher versions of Pega Robotics Studio).
  • Exposure to other RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, VBScript, or Python.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
