Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, debug, and implement automation solutions using Pega RPA platform.
- Create and maintain workflows, scripts, and business rules in Pega Robotics Studio.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Process Owners to understand and automate business processes.
- Integrate Pega RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.
- Monitor and optimize bot performance for efficiency and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments.
- Prepare and maintain Knowledge Base (KB) articles for known / unknown issues.
- Provide L2 / L3 production support, including incident handling, change requests, and root cause analysis.
- Participate in on-call support rotations and provide weekend assistance when required.
Must-Have Skills :
6+ years of strong hands-on experience in developing and supporting automation using Pega RPA (Robotics Studio).Strong proficiency in workflow creation, scripting, and business logic implementation.Solid programming knowledge in C#, .NET, or Java.Proven expertise in production support : incident management, change management, debugging, and performance tuning.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills in live environments.Experience in integrating Pega RPA solutions with enterprise systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call / weekend support.Good-to-Have Skills :
Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (CRSA) or higher certification.Experience with migration projects (from lower to higher versions of Pega Robotics Studio).Exposure to other RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, VBScript, or Python.Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.(ref : hirist.tech)
