At IT By Design, we’re looking for a Technical Team Lead to guide, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled engineers delivering first-class managed IT services to our global clients.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

• Proven Expertise : 8+ years of experience in IT or Managed Services with at least 2 years in a Team Lead or Tech Lead capacity.
• MSP Experience : Strong background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments — a minimum of 4 years is required.
• Technical Proficiency : Hands-on expertise in Windows Servers, Networking, Virtualization, Active Directory, O365, and VMWare.
• Leadership & Communication : Skilled in team management, coaching, and client communication — ensuring operational excellence and high performance.
