Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory / market.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, industrial visits, and referrals.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products / solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals.
Follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet monthly / annual targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and customer data in CRM / Excel.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales (preferring freshers with strong communication).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.

Ability to build long-term business relationships.
