Senior Federal Proposal Development Specialist

Our team seeks a seasoned Senior Federal Proposal Strategist to spearhead bid capture and win strategies for high-stakes US government contracts. Reporting directly to our Business Development leader, you'll craft compelling proposals, dissect Statements of Work (SOWs), and navigate federal procurement processes from India.

This opportunity allows you to leverage your GovCon expertise remotely while influencing deals that power US agencies. Your role will be instrumental in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

We're looking for a skilled professional with 8+ years in US federal proposal management or GovCon BD. You should have hands-on wins in IT services under SBA 8(a), SDVOSB, or GSA IT schedules. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills to translate complex RFPs into compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Opportunity Pipeline Mastery : Identify high-potential deals on SAM.gov, GSA eLibrary, and FedBizOpps, focusing on IT MSP services under 8(a), SDVOSB, and GSA 70 set-asides.
• Bid Strategy Leadership : Develop capture plans, conduct SWOT analyses, and orchestrate team efforts to build winning proposals.
• SOW & Compliance Guru : Author and refine SOWs aligning with FAR / DFARS regulations, ensuring compliance while highlighting our IT MSP edge.
• Win Rate Booster : Collaborate with sales leads to refine pricing strategies, past performance narratives, and oral proposal prep—aiming for 30%+ win rates on targeted pursuits.
• Market Intel & Innovation : Stay ahead of federal trends and recommend partnerships to expand our footprint.
