About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized Analyst Relations Manager to build and strengthen Newgen's relationships with top industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and influential research & advisory firms worldwide. You will be responsible for positioning Newgen as a leader in the AI-first, low-code automation space by driving meaningful engagements, influencing key reports (Magic Quadrants, Waves, Market Guides, SPARK Matrix, etc.), and amplifying analyst insights across our go-to-market motions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyst Engagement & Influence
- Develop and execute a strategic analyst relations plan to strengthen Newgen's position across key research firms and categories (BFSI, insurance, government, AI / automation platforms, lending, CCM, etc.).
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key analysts to influence perceptions and coverage.
- Drive regular analyst briefings, inquiries, demos, and executive interactions to showcase platform capabilities and customer success stories.
- Coordinate timely responses for major reports (e.g., Gartner MQ, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape, SPARK Matrix) from narrative creation to data collation and submission.
2. Content & Narrative Development
Craft compelling analyst narratives, positioning documents, competitive differentiators, and corporate decks aligned with Newgen's brand story.Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to translate technical capabilities into crisp, analyst-ready messaging.Create briefing books, talking points, and executive summaries for leadership before analyst interactions.3. Program Management
Own the full lifecycle of analyst evaluations timelines, RFI / RFP responses, demos, feedback cycles, and internal stakeholder coordination.Maintain a central calendar of analyst interactions, key report deadlines, and engagement plans.Track analyst mentions, coverage, and sentiment to inform strategy and leadership decisions.4. Amplification & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with PR, brand, content, and demand generation teams to amplify analyst quotes, reports, and recognitions across earned, owned, and paid channels.Support sales and field enablement by creating analyst-driven collateral (e.g., battlecards, MQ positioning slides, Wave differentiator decks).Collaborate with regional marketing and industry teams to leverage analyst insights for GTM campaigns, events, and CXO engagement.5. Metrics & Reporting
Track and report on AR impact including coverage wins, sentiment shifts, MQ / Wave positioning improvements, share of voice, and GTM amplification ROI.Continuously refine strategies based on analyst feedback, competitive trends, and internal business priorities.Required Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, or Strategic Communications within the technology or SaaS industry.Proven track record managing Gartner, Forrester, and IDC evaluations.Excellent communication and storytelling skills both written and verbal.Strong program management and stakeholder alignment capabilities.Deep understanding of enterprise technology landscape preferably in automation, AI, low-code, or BFSI domains.Ability to synthesize complex information into crisp narratives that influence external stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with and managing multi-region AR programs. Established analyst network and relationships.Comfort working closely with C-suite executives and product leadersData-driven mindset able to track, measure, and communicate impact.
