Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise all travel arrangements, guidelines and budgets in order to ensure efficient & risk free corporate travel
- Negotiate contracts with travel service providers and hospitality chains / hotels / service apartments
- Suggest improvements and innovation in travel programs
- Ensure compliance with different relevant travel policies and procedures
- Ability to book charters and helicopters for senior executive travel and coordinate all aspects of the same including meet and greet, cabs as well as hotel bookings at destinations
- Detailed knowledge of Forex, Visa and passport regulations and processes toobtain / renew the same
- Analyzing and preparing reports on travel spends
- Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical insurance and legal forms.
Key Qualification & Skills Required :
A bachelor's degree in tourism or similar diploma, travel or hospitalityIn-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations and means of travel to these locationsBooking excursions, flights, and hotels, as well as arranging transport according to client specifications.Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, basic understanding of Geography.Experience Required :
A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in the travel industry, along with a 2-3
years supervisory experience may be preferred.
Software / Tools / Systems Exposure :
MS Office, Google Docs and GDS solutions
