The Role
We need someone who becomes the founder's right hand—handling operations so the founder can focus on client relationships and business growth.
You'll manage three key areas :
1. Daily Operations
- Manage founder's calendar and priorities
- Handle client communication (updates, scheduling, follow-ups)
- Track commitments and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Prepare for meetings and document key decisions
2. Information & Knowledge Management
Capture and organize information from meetings and conversationsMaintain documentation that makes information easy to find and useCreate briefing notes and summaries for decision-makingKeep all stakeholder communication organized3. Process & Organization
Set up and maintain CRM for client managementCreate simple, repeatable processes (proposals, onboarding, project tracking)Build filing systems for business documentsHandle office administration and routine tasksWhat You Need
