Job descriptionCreate a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Encourage student participation and engagement in class activities. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress. Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments. Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance. Foster intellectual, emotional, and social development of students. Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills. Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth. Stay updated on the latest developments on your subject. Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources. Actively participate in school events, committees, and extracurricular activities. Support the school's vision and mission in all aspects of teaching and learning. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Science, international studies, global affairs, or a related field. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. Previous teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred. Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and examination patterns.
