FPNA Lead

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Planning & Forecasting
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
• Develop financial models to support strategic business initiatives
• Business Finance & Performance Analysis
• Partner with business and operations teams to provide financial insights and cost-benefit analyses
• Track KPIs related to delivery costs, route efficiency, and operational productivity
• MIS & Reporting
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards for leadership
• Analyze variances against budgets / forecasts and provide actionable insights
• Cost Control & Optimization
• Identify cost-saving opportunities across delivery operations, warehousing, and third-party logistics
• Support initiatives to improve financial efficiency and margin improvement
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with senior leadership, operations, procurement, and tech teams to align finance with business goals
Qualifications :
• CA Or CMA
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in FP&A or Business Finance
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI)
• Prior experience in a logistics, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain environment is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
