MindSnack is building the fastest way to learn real-life skills in 10 minutes.

We’re looking for someone who isn’t just a “marketer,” but a creative growth engine — someone who can think, script, produce, and ship scroll-stopping content every single week. This is a fully on-site role because we move fast, collaborate constantly, and create a lot. If you prefer remote or slow-paced environments, do not apply.

What You Will Own

1. AI Video Creation

• Produce short 5–12 sec videos using AI tools (Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Midjourney, etc.)
• Turn still images into motion content
• Create UGC-style ads that feel native to TikTok / Instagram
• Iterate fast based on performance
