Senior Digital Production & AI Transformation Lead – Creative Operations

We are seeking a Digital Production & AI Transformation Leader to help shape the next evolution of creative production for one of the world’s most advanced global capability centers in advertising and marketing services.

This is not a conventional production role — it is a hybrid of creative technology, automation and operations leadership. The selected leader will drive innovation in digital content creation, establish next-generation workflows and enable AI-powered production at scale across markets and media.

Your key roles and responsibilities will include :

1. Digital Creative Production Leadership

• Oversee end-to-end production for digital assets including static and rich-media banners, HTML5 creatives, dynamic emails, landing pages, microsites, UI / UX prototypes, and motion graphics.
• Partner with global creative and account teams to translate creative ideas into scalable, high-quality digital deliverables.
• Champion craft excellence, platform compliance, and performance-driven creativity.
