Own overall relationship with assigned customer accounts

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experienced in b2c account management
Experience in customer success with team management experience of 15 plus members
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and analytical
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
