Roles and Responsibilities :

• Business Development & Prospecting : Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors by leveraging existing construction / real estate industry contacts and cold-calling efforts.
• Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with General Contractors, Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Property Owners. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients.
• Sales Strategy : Create and execute effective territory sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Technical Understanding : Clearly articulate the value proposition of our [Specify product / service, e.g., structural steel, MEP services, specialized equipment] and translate technical specifications into compelling client solutions.
• Proposal & Negotiation : Prepare, present, and negotiate contracts, proposals, and bids, ensuring profitability and alignment with client needs and project timelines.

• Reporting : Maintain an organized pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and document all client interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
