Hiring : D2C Head – Retail Fashion Brand (Bangalore)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
D2C Head
to lead and scale the digital commerce vertical for a rapidly growing retail fashion brand based in
Bangalore . This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of the fashion retail ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the brand’s entire
D2C business strategy , including revenue, growth, and profitability.
Develop and scale the
online sales ecosystem , ensuring seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Drive performance marketing, CRM, retention, and digital brand-building initiatives.
Oversee website operations, merchandising, demand planning, and inventory management for D2C.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams : marketing, supply chain, tech, product & retail.
Manage P&L, set quarterly / annual targets, and implement strategies to meet growth goals.
Analyze customer data & insights to optimize conversions and improve retention.
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing D2C teams.
Requirements
7–12 years of experience in e-commerce / D2C, ideally within
fashion, lifestyle, or retail .
Proven success in driving
D2C revenue growth
and managing complex digital operations.
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in performance marketing & CRM.
Ability to work in a dynamic, startup-driven environment.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
