Role : Automobile Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities : -

• Presentable Appearance and Attitude.
• Lead Management - Generate prospects from showroom walk-ins telephone inquiries
• Inquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer.
• Demonstrating the Scooter.
• Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale
• Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications Delivery time Scooter Pricing Finance options etc
• Closing and Follow-up.
• KPIs
• Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR
• Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR
• Process adherence No deviation from the Processes or SOPs
• Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customers
• CX rating

Required Skills :

Experience & Skills Sales Expertise in Automobile - worked in 2W or 4W Dealership Retail Insurance Finance & Banking preferred Qualification Graduation / Diploma Exp. Min. 1 Yrs Knows driving and have Driving License Good communication skills
