Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a professional in Medical Billing, Insurance Accounts Receivable (AR), and Patient calling, located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities will include handling medical claims processing, reviewing insurance denials, resolving AR discrepancies, supporting accurate patient scheduling, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The role also requires effective communication with insurance companies and patients to address billing queries and payment resolutions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and familiarity with ICD-10 coding
• Experience in managing insurance claims, including handling Medicare-related tasks
• Proficiency in analyzing and resolving insurance denials and Accounts Receivable discrepancies
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with insurance providers and patients
• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes and regulatory compliance
• Previous experience in medical billing, patient scheduling, or similar healthcare roles is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in medical billing, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred
