As the Executive Intern, you will act as the core member of staff with the CEO, supporting both day-to-day executive assistance responsibilities and strategic business operations. This role is ideal for a proactive, high-energy individual who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and wants to build strong foundations in business management, consulting, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
Executive Assistance & CEO Office Support
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and communications.
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and follow-ups for client and internal meetings.
- Track action items, deadlines, and ensure timely execution.
- Handle documentation, filing, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Business Operations Management and Tracking :
Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting on key business initiatives.Maintain dashboards and trackers for project progress, client engagement, and internal goals including the followingClient / prospects meetings and engagement planning and follow upSales pipeline & leads (end customers + partners)Service delivery status (use cases, custom projects, automation)Invoicing, payments, and revenue forecastingEnsure all business processes are systemized and visible at a glance.Sales & Marketing Support :
Contribute to proposals, decks, case studies, and thought-leadership content.Support digital marketing campaigns, CRM management, and client outreach initiatives.Assist in organizing events, webinars, and client engagements.Maintain a lead database and track follow-ups with prospects, clients, and partnersEnsure sales process checkpoints (collaterals sent, proposals shared, demo booked, contract signed) are recorded and followed up.Finance & Administration Support
Help track expenses, invoices, and budgets.Assist in smooth running of day-to-day admin activities.What We’re Looking For
Education : Graduate / Postgraduate student in Commerce, Business, Economics, or related disciplines. Fresh graduates are welcome. This is a full time role.
Skills : Strong communication (written & verbal) is a must, analytical ability, MS Office / Google Workspace proficiency (working on MS PowerPoint, Excel formulas, dashboards, reporting).
Traits : Proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, organized and able to juggle multiple responsibilities. Needs to be reliable, dependable and a go getter with ability to take ownership.
