TenForce is an expert in EHSQ and Operational Risk Management software, based in Belgium and part of Elisa IndustrIQ - a Finnish group committed to making intelligent manufacturing happen.
Job Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat (WFO)
Required Experience : 4+ years

The application response team is NOT a 1st line helpdesk; its mission is to solve highly complex issues for customers in an ever-changing environment. You will be the last line of defense between customers and chaos.
The developer we are looking for has the following characteristics :
- Software developer with an eye to improving the system while remaining pragmatic
- Problem solving skills : You can identify problems, analyze them, make them disappear. You are autonomous and detail oriented.
- 3+ years of experience on the job or side projects
- Strong collaboration skills to provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.
- Able to shift gears in a rapidly changing environment : agility is key.
