Join our MNC Healthcare Client as a Customer Service Specialist (Voice – HRO Process)

If you love helping people and delivering great customer experiences, this role is for you! We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused talent to join our team in Airoli, Mumbai.

Role Highlights

Job Type : Customer Support – Voice
Location : Work from Office (Airoli)
Schedule : 5 days working, rotational week-offs
Shift : Night shift
Cab : One-way

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound calls & resolve customer queries

Deliver first-call resolution

Maintain AHT, CSAT & compliance metrics

Document interactions properly

Share ideas to improve processes

Who Can Apply

Great communication skills

Comfortable with night shifts

Basic MS Office & computer knowledge

Eligible Degrees : B.Com, BBA, B.Pharma, B.A, B.Sc

❌ Not Eligible : B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc IT
