Throttll is looking for a results-driven and analytical Senior Media Buyer to manage and scale our paid acquisition channels. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, this full-time remote role requires a self-starter who can effectively manage and optimize multi-platform campaigns globally to achieve aggressive ROI and customer acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Management

• Budget Ownership : Manage and optimize multi-million dollar annual budgets across performance channels including Google Ads (Search / PMAX), Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
• Campaign Lifecycle : Develop, launch, and meticulously manage paid media campaigns from initial setup and audience targeting to creative rotation and bidding strategy across global markets.
• A / B Testing : Design and execute structured tests (audience, creative, landing page, bidding strategy) to continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

Requirements

Proven Experience : 4+ years of hands-on experience in a dedicated performance marketing / media buying role, managing large-scale budgets across multiple ad platforms simultaneously. Technical Proficiency : Deep working knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and the interplay between media platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Tool Mastery : Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel / Google Sheets for pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling. Experience with platforms like Tableau or Looker is a plus. Analytical & Communication Skills : Exceptional quantitative analytical skills and the proven ability to translate complex media data into clear, actionable business insights and strategic plans in a remote setting.
