Delphi / Pascal Developer - SQL Server

Job Summary :

We are seeking experienced Delphi / Pascal Developers to support and maintain a legacy business-critical application over the next four years. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in Delphi (Object Pascal), legacy system maintenance, and the ability to troubleshoot, enhance, and modernize existing codebases when needed. You'll be part of a small, dedicated team ensuring the stability, performance, and ongoing functionality of a mature software product that continues to be mission-critical for our client's operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain, debug, and enhance the existing Delphi / Pascal codebase.
• Analyze and fix defects, performance bottlenecks, and technical issues.
• Develop new features and enhancements aligned with business needs.
• Refactor and optimize legacy code for maintainability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with QA, system administrators, and business stakeholders.
• Document changes, technical processes, and system architecture.
• Participate in code reviews and provide input for process improvements.
