Key Deliverables :
- Resolve production incidents and identify root causes using log analysis and debugging
- Support C / C++ applications with OPOS hardware and MQTT communication
- Detect, recreate, and escalate defects with precise documentation
- Meet SLA commitments and contribute to knowledge base updates
