Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Hardware Technician located in Pune. The Computer Hardware Technician will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting desktop computers, providing hardware support, and supporting printers. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, performing regular maintenance and repairs, and ensuring all hardware components are functioning optimally. The role involves collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth IT operations and providing technical support to staff as needed.

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues
• Hardware Support and Printer Support skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with various operating systems and software

• Relevant certification or degree in Information Technology or related field
