Job Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Tech Lead to drive our CI / CD strategy, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer with deep experience in DevOps tools and practices, team leadership, and cloud-native infrastructure.

This role is critical to enhancing deployment agility, system reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team to deliver scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
• Architect and maintain CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and security across environments (development, staging, production).
• Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to streamline the release process.
• Design and implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure compliance, observability, and disaster recovery best practices in production environments.
• Drive adoption of SRE principles, including proactive monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
