We work closely with corporates to deliver structured financial wellness programs for employees, covering goal-based planning, debt management, insurance optimization, tax efficiency, and long-term wealth creation.Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive, financially savvy professional to lead and expand our corporate financial wellness initiatives. This role involves engaging with HR & senior management teams of partner corporates, conducting employee workshops, offering one-on-one financial advisory sessions, and ensuring smooth execution of our financial planning solutions at the workplace.Key Responsibilities :
Corporate Engagement
- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients (HR, L&D, Rewards teams).
- Design and execute customized financial wellness programs for employees.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops on personal finance, tax planning, and investment awareness.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and reports for corporate partnerships.
Employee Advisory Services
Offer one-on-one or small-group financial planning sessions for employees.Assess employee financial health and create structured advisory plans across :Budgeting and cash flowDebt management and credit card optimizationInsurance & risk managementInvestment planning and SIP-based wealth creationRetirement & tax planningCollaborate with internal advisory team to ensure compliance with SEBI-RIA norms.Business Development & Strategy
Identify new corporate tie-up opportunities for financial wellness programs.Support design of digital and content-led engagement (newsletters, videos, tools).Collect and analyze feedback to improve program design and delivery.Qualifications & Skills :
Must Have :
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.Certification : NISM Investment Adviser (Level 1 & 2) or CFP (preferred).4–10 years of experience in financial planning, corporate HR partnerships, or wealth management.Strong understanding of personal finance, taxation, and investment products.Excellent communication and presentation skills (both virtual and in-person).High ethical standards aligned with SEBI-RIA regulations.Preferred :
Experience conducting financial literacy or wellness sessions for corporates.Exposure to employee benefits, payroll structuring, or financial education programs.Proficiency with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and financial planning software.Key Attributes :
