- Engage with identified Enterprise / SMB accounts provided by Telecom in India region with ability to work in a complex environment.
- Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the clients products (Network, Cloud, Security & Unified communication), license / services offerings, and software etc. Account Mapping in terms of Decision makers and influencers for defined product line
- Convert campaign leads into sales opportunities through tele contact with customers.
- Interact with internal stakeholders to get the leads accepted, or understand in case it is not accepted and plough back the learnings.
- In case the lead is in Nurture, follow the same through different nurture Engines.
- Build and maintain relationship with key decision makers within assigned accounts with documented account plans
- Identify priority accounts and connects with them through the appropriate communication channels to determine budgets and timelines.
- Establish and successfully build a network with specialists and sales / service advisors
- Qualify and examine opportunities and create accounts in CRM tool. Preference in
- Promoting and selling the extensive product & service portfolio
- Build, develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients & customers
- Ensure full customer satisfaction, maintaining a high level of service at all times
Escalate customer queries to respective stakeholder and get it to closure.
Educational Qualification
Technical Graduate (Preferred) ,ANY Grd
Required Skillsets
Sound exposure of products (Network, Cloud, Security & Unified communication), license / services offerings, and software etc.
