Job Title : Senior Accounts Executive

Location : Grant Road, Mumbai

Experience Required : 4–6 years

Salary : 30k to 40k

Working Hours : 10 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Role Overview :

Looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in accounting,

taxation, and export documentation. The candidate should have a strong background in Tally

ERP , GST / TDS compliance , and financial reporting , along with knowledge of export

documentation, shipping bills, and bank transactions related to exports.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime .

2.Maintain books of accounts, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.

3.Handle accounts payable, receivable, and vendor / supplier payments.

4.Prepare GST, TDS , and other statutory returns within deadlines.

5.Assist in finalization of accounts and coordination with auditors.

5.Prepare MIS reports , balance sheet, and profit & loss statements.

7.Handle export-related accounting such as LC payments, export invoices, packing credit,

and realization tracking.

8.Liaise with banks for export documentation, remittances, and reconciliations.

9.Support management with data for budgeting, forecasting, and audit purposes.

Required Skills & Competencies :

 Proficient in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).

 Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and export-import accounting .

 Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

 Good communication and coordination ability.

 High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

Qualifications :

 Education : B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or related field.

 Experience : Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
