• Lead and manage the end-to-end New Product Development process from ideation to launch.

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product roadmaps.
• Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and identify areas for improvement.
