Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to making offers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and support.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.6 Months of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
