What You’ll Be Doing

• End-to-End Lifecycle Management : Oversee the full lifecycle of network equipment and ISP services, ensuring optimal performance and timely refreshes.
• Modernization Planning : Develop and execute equipment refresh strategies that align with evolving business needs and emerging technologies.
• Process Optimization : Continuously improve lifecycle workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support automation initiatives.
• Vendor Collaboration : Engage with external partners to procure, negotiate, and manage equipment and service contracts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with network engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Knowledge Sharing : Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases to foster team learning and operational excellence.
