Job description

Looking for Network Engineer Chennai to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 8+ yrs. of experience.

We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain Cisco Meraki-based networks (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).
  • Manage and administer Palo Alto firewalls including policies, VPNs, threat prevention, and logging.
  • Implement Azure networking solutions (VNETs, NSGs, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, VPN / ExpressRoute).
  • Monitor and optimize network performance, reliability, and security across hybrid environments.
  • Perform incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for network / security issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices, policies, and regulatory requirements .
  • Automate configurations and deployments where possible using scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cloud, DevOps, IT Security) to deliver secure and efficient solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki (firewalls, switches, wireless).
  • Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks firewalls (Panorama, GlobalProtect VPN, threat management).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure networking (VNETs, NSG, Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, VPN).
  • Solid understanding of network security principles, routing, and switching .
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust security model and cloud-native security controls .
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, Azure Monitor, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
