Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC / AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFGs global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Job Profile :
- This position will be in the Trade Finance Technology team, Corporate Investment & Transaction Banking (CITB) technology department within EMEA Technology.
- Our team is managing EMEA Trade Finance systems, most of which are external vendors cloud or other MUFG regions on-premise systems and providing functionality of Trade Finance products such as L / Cs and Guarantees for conventional Trade Finance for Export / Import, Supply Chain Finance and Commodity Trade Finance.
- This role requires Technical Management of EMEA Trade Finance systems with the Product Owner in collaboration with the external service providers, business and technology stakeholders in MUFG, contributing business strategies and in-flight projects as a technical SME of EMEA Technology, ensuring that MUFG delivers reliable financial services to the clients and enhances its capability and efficiency continuously. This role reports to the Head of Trade Finance Technology in CITB.
Main purpose of this role
Providing MUFG business users with Trade Finance IT services stability.Managing Trade Finance applications in line with MUFG internal IT control policies and procedures.Enhancing IT control for Trade Finance applications and ensuring all systems follow regulatory guidelines.Perform technical design and discussion and leading implementation especially for WebLogic application in the Trade Finance team.Collaborating other technology teams, business stakeholders, external vendors and MUFG Banks other branches.Position details(To be filled by business)
Lead the technical delivery of business requirements gathered from various stakeholders, and fix technical incidentsMaintain and update technical documents such as technical service manuals and dataflow diagrams.Compliance with MUFG internal policies and procedures such as IT risk control and cyber security and ensure all Trade Finance applications follow those procedures.Report service availability and performance to business stakeholders and senior management periodically.Establish and maintain strong relationship with the stakeholders in MUFG and external cloud service providers.Job Requirements : (To be filled by business)
