We are building a SaaS-enabled global content ecosystem to help marketing teams manage everything from content creation and workflow to distribution all in one place. As we scale, we are expanding our legal function to support this rapid growth. We’re looking for a Junior Legal Associate to join us on this journey.

❖ About the Role

As a Junior Legal Associate, you will play a key role in supporting Pepper’s legal and compliance

operations. This role is ideal for someone starting their legal career who’s excited to work in a

fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants exposure to a wide range of legal functions. You'll

work closely with our Legal Associate and Senior Legal Manager and collaborate with

cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality legal support across the organization.

❖ Key Responsibilities

➢ Contract Support

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining standard commercial contracts such as NDAs,

vendor agreements, and partnership contracts.

➢ Legal Documentation & Workflow Management

Manage and organize legal documents, maintain contract trackers, and support routine legal

processes.

➢ Internal Collaboration

Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations) to assist with legal inputs and

coordinate on contract execution.

➢ Due Diligence & Compliance

Support legal due diligence activities, help maintain corporate records, and assist with regulatory

and compliance tasks.

➢ Legal Research & Analysis

Conduct research on applicable laws and regulations and summarize findings for internal use.

➢ Template Management

Help develop, maintain, and update internal legal templates and checklists.

➢ Special Projects

Contribute to ad-hoc legal initiatives such as data privacy, employment law, intellectual property,

or contract lifecycle projects.

❖ Requirements

➢ LL.B. degree from a recognized university

➢ 1–3 years of legal experience (internships, in-house, or law firm experience accepted).

➢ Strong written and verbal communication skills

➢ Excellent Microsoft Excel Knowledge

➢ Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of handling multiple priorities

➢ Mumbai based candidates will be preferred
