About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our Legal team at 63SATS. In this role, you will be responsible for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) , working closely with business teams to ensure smooth and compliant execution of contracts. You will draft, review, and vet contracts while maintaining a robust repository to support organizational efficiency and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Facilitate timely execution of contracts, coordinating necessary approvals and documentation.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Maintain and track an organized contract repository for accurate records and easy accessibility.
