• Creative Leadership : Lead the creative process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring high-quality creative work that effectively answers the objectives.
• Team Leadership and Development : Supervise, mentor, and inspire the team reporting into you;

responsible for fostering a creative environment that encourages growth and learning. Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and establish development plans.
