Were looking for a dynamic and driven Creative Manager to lead our in-house team of graphic designers and photographers at our Greater Kailash, New Delhi office. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design aesthetic, solid photography knowledge, and a flair for leading visual storytelling across platforms. If you're a creative thinker with hands-on design and photography skills who loves collaborating and bringing fresh ideas to life wed love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day tasks of the creative team, including designers and photographers

Plan and oversee photoshoots product, lifestyle, and editorial from concept to final edit

Create and guide visual content for marketing campaigns, website, packaging, and social media

Maintain a consistent visual identity across all creative assets

Work closely with marketing and product teams to bring campaigns and collections to life

Review, provide feedback, and approve all creative output before final delivery

Stay updated on design trends, photography techniques, and digital content styles

Encourage fresh ideas, experimentation, and creative exploration within the team

Help build and organize the brands digital asset library and content archive

Qualifications

Required :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, Photography, Fine Arts, or a related field

Experience : 23 years in a creative / design role, preferably with some team coordination experience

Software Proficiency : Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Solid photography knowledge camera handling, lighting setups, and editing

Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail

Comfortable leading a team and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills

Preferred :

Prior experience in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands

Skills in video editing and animation

Interest in branding and digital content strategy

A portfolio that showcases both design and photography projects
